Clear your headspace is not religious beliefs, and there are no strict postures, no rules either. This way is to create some space for yourself and the people around you.
You will learn some games and tools you can use to create the space you want through the course.

What is the cost?
The course cost is £60.00, and some proceeds will go to the charity “Sasha Would’ve Loved It”.
About Sasha Would’ve Loved It; “It’s a Cornwall based fundraising that raises money for young people with cancer, providing them with opportunities that will become lasting memories. In memory of her daughter Sasha, started by Michelle Bray, who sadly passed away in 2015 from rare liver cancer aged just 19.
The charity aims to raise money to provide activities for young people with cancer all over Cornwall – from riding a hovercraft to a driving experience around Perranporth Airfield from the age of 14.”
